Stainless steel work of art commissioned as part of wedding anniversary

Abstract geometric artwork commissioned
This image was designed for the wedding anniversary of a couple whose husband guides major industrial projects worldwide. The stainless steel is mainly used. His wish was to make the “strand” that symbolizes unprocessed stainless steel for him – preferably with the code still on it.

The stainless steel of a part is on request the client unprocessed with the code still in it.
In the end of the two “cups” is etched a shape that, if you look closely, are parts of a heart.

The black etched lines are part of a heart shape
The two spirals depict how two partners move together in life and sometimes move towards each other, then separate from each other, know each other, etc. Together but also each follows his own path. The two ends are facing each other as if they were looking at each other.
