Commissioned stainless steel heart sculpture
This stainless steel sculpture was created in close collaboration with Machteld’s grandparents as a lasting tribute to their granddaughter. Together we designed a sculpture that symbolises eternal love and remembrance.
The sculpture combines two powerful symbols in a single design. A highly polished stainless steel heart is intersected by a satin-finished infinity symbol, creating a harmonious composition that represents the everlasting bond between love and eternity.
Creating this memorial sculpture was an emotional and meaningful process. Working closely together, we arrived at a design that beautifully expresses the feelings and memories of the family.
